Hi readers! Today I decided to make the perfect brownies cookies. Suitable for everyone.

Here's the ingredients you'll need.
100g Dark chocolate 60g Unsalted butter
1 Egg 100g Brown sugar
65g Plain flour
10g Cocoa powder 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder A pinch of salt
Chocolate chip for topping
Okay now.
1. Pour dark chocolate and unsalted butter in a bowl. Put the bowl over boiling water. Let them melt and put to the side.
2. In another bowl, place egg and brown sugar over a boiling water and let the sugar melts completely. This is mixture B.
3. Pour in the chocolate mixture into mixture B (brown sugar egg) and mix until they dissolve completely.
4. Now sieve plain flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt.
5. Mix until you get thick mixture so that your cookies will not flatten if you bake it.
6. Form a ball and put it in the baking sheet. Now flatten the ball until you get the perfect desire circle shape.
7. Place chocolate chip on top of your cookies
8. Bake at 180C for 8-13 minutes.
You're all set. Let the cookies cool.

--->For brown sugar substitute:
You can also use granulated fine sugar, it's fine. It tastes the same but the chewiness reduced a little bit. Still you have the crispy texture.
