Everything about brownies !
Hi readers! In today's cooking session, I decided to make brownies. It has chewy and dense texture with chocolate filling provides the best taste. Moist in the inside and crispy on the outside. Enjoy !
Here's some tips on how to make perfect brownies for your family.
200g Dark chocolate
120g Unsalted butter
2 medium eggs
150g Brown sugar
A little bit vanilla extract
40g All-purpose flour
25g Cocoa powder
2g Salt
A chunks of chocolate for filling
First,
1. On a boiled water, place a pan and pour in the dark chocolate with butter.
Let the chocolate mixture rest and cooled.
2. In another bowl, do the same for eggs, vanilla extract and brown sugar. After it is all melted, whisk the mixture so that it'll be foamy.
3. Pour the chocolate mixture in the foamy mixture and slowly mix with spoon so that the foam doesn't go off.
4. Now sieve all-purpose flour, cocoa powder and salt.
5. After you got the dense mixture, pour in chunks of chocolate. I use berry's chocolate. (Any chocolate's brand is fine)
6. Bake in the oven at 170C for 25-35 minutes.
You're all set-up! Let the brownies cool.

You can also use granulated fine sugar, it's fine. It tastes the same but the chewiness reduced a little bit.
---> You can also adjust the sugar's amount as different people has slightly different taste.
